About Woolly Mammoth Activities

Woolly Mammoth Activities is a family run business whose goal is provide an opportunity for all to sample and enjoy the outdoor experience using quality coaching and guiding to facilitate a safe and enjoyable experience.

Our base in Inverness is fifteen minutes from Inverness international airport and rail and bus routes providing good access from all over the UK. 

Courses and trips are organised throughout Scotland and further afield so wherever you are we will try and accommodate your specific requirements.

 

Woolly Mammoth Activities holds a licence from the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority  (AALA)

Our licence covers canoeing, kayaking, rock climbing, gorge walking, mountain biking and mountaineering.  Any additional activities that do not fall within the licensing scope conform to the stringent safety policies required by AALA and, where applicable, the relevant National Governing Bodies for those activities.

 

Our belief is that the activities we offer should provide a safe and enjoyable learning experience, allowing individuals to experience the great outdoors to whatever level they feel comfortable.
